Your donation will help pay for
• Medals for all Events There are 46 events and 2 or 3 students per event, and we give medals through 6th place; that’s over 500 medals!
• Supplies This can include chemicals or glassware, stopwatches, voltmeters, lumber, scales, bike pumps and bottle rocket launcher, sand, or specialized equipment.
• Facility Costs East Lansing High School gives us a break on the price, but it is still almost $2,000 for the whole school for the day.
• Lunches for Volunteers There are event supervisors for all 46 events plus another 50 or so helpers.
• Copying Lots of copying!
• Token Gifts Small thank you gifts for the teachers, engineers, and scientists who help run the individual events at our tournaments.
